Job summary

BP is seeking an in-house legal technology specialist to design, configure and deploy innovative legal tech solutions. You will partner with Technology to deliver within BP's ecosystem, translating requirements into scalable processes using low-code/no-code platforms, document automation and AI-powered tools.

You will lead workshops, create playbooks, and monitor adoption while collaborating across legal and technology teams to deliver value, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field with interest in legal technology.
2–5 years in legal services, legal operations or technology support.
Familiar with document automation, CLM, eDiscovery and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with Technology to deliver into BP technology ecosystem.
Design solutions with an engineering approach for the in-house legal team.
Design, configure and deploy legal solutions on automation and AI platforms.
Lead workshops for requirements capture and design validation.
Create documentation, playbooks and SOPs; monitor adoption metrics.
