Job summary

Rolandberger in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a corporate lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in international settings to draft and review confidentiality, engagement and supplier agreements, and to assist with corporate housekeeping such as board resolutions and PoAs.

You will perform legal research, contribute to capital measures, and coordinate with the Global Legal Team. Excellent English communication is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in law from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or the inhouse legal department of an international group of companies.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork; high analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages (e.g., Chinese, German, French) are a plus.
• Highest professional standards, including confidentiality.
