• Ability to articulate and adapt in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Review and advise on policy documents, terms and customer notices.
• Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments.
• Provide practical legal advice to business units and stakeholders.
• Undertake other legal duties as assigned.
