KEY ROLES :

• Prepare and deliver teaching and learning activities, including teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Monitor student attendance throughout the semester and initiate appropriate follow-up actions, including the issuance of warning letters where required.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage student activities under Student Development courses.
• Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programmes organized by the campus or CIDEX.
• Complete, maintain, and submit teaching files and relevant academic documentation at the end of each semester.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Master's Degree in Education (TESL)/ Applied Linguistics, English Literature/ Language Training/ Corpus Linguistics/ English for Specific Purposes (ESP) or a related field.
• Equivalent Master's qualification in a relevant discipline may also be considered.
• Experience in teaching and facilitating learning in diverse educational environments and student settings.
• Experience in assessing students' coursework, academic progress, and overall performance.
• Experience in monitoring and managing student attendance throughout the assigned courses.
• Experience in participating in examination endorsement and related academic meetings.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining teaching materials, assessments, attendance records, and other documentation for teaching files.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good networking and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of current educational standards and practices.
