• Prepare learning materials, lesson plans, schemes of work, and assignments to support high-quality teaching.
• Participate in academic documentation, audits, and compliance inspections by government entities and universities.
• Organize school talks, open days, program previews and academic counselling.
• Collaborate with Head of School for operational planning, timetabling, retention programs and curriculum development.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
• Participate in development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
• Contribute to high-quality curriculum development and implementation.

• Candidate must have at least Masters, or any related field or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Responsible for the teaching and learning aspects of the subjects including, but not limited to, teaching materials, assessments, setting examination questions and papers, marking examination scripts and other associated projects that relate to the subjects being offered
• Maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
• Prepare learning material, lesson plans, schemes of work, and assignments to support high-quality teaching.
• To perform any academic-related documentation, and reports of academic documents. Be part of the preparation of any relatable audit and compliance inspection by any relevant government entities, ministries, external bodies and universities
• To organize school talks, open days, program previews and academic counseling.
• Partnering with the Head of School, Head Academic and Registrar for operational planning; includes workload planning, timetabling, student retention program, and institutional development activities and compliance matters.
• Provide academic as well as pastoral support to students.
• To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
• To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.
