Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations in Selangor. You will process invoices, handle claims and data entry, and assist in preparing financial reports and monthly reconciliations.
The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and you should be comfortable working both independently and within a team.

Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations including invoice processing, claims, and data entry
Support the preparation of financial reports, payment vouchers, and monthly reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
Help monitor budget allocations for departments and faculties
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal units on payment and financial documentation
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Undertake other tasks as directed by Head of Department from time to time
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting standards, bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL, or AutoCount) is an advantage
Good communication skills in both English and Malay
Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and within a team under minimal supervision
