Job summary

SEGi College Sarawak in Malaysia invites applications for a lecturer to plan, deliver lectures, and supervise tutorials across undergraduate programs.

The role includes developing curricula, preparing schemes of work, assessing students, providing pastoral care, and contributing to curriculum review, with emphasis on student-centered learning and academic excellence.

You may also participate in marketing activities and support related duties as required for program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education are mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years’ teaching or work experience.
• Experience in higher education, curriculum planning, and MQA compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and classroom management skills; commitment to student-centered learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lecture and tutorial to students.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s and Master’s qualification in Education (mandatory).

Minimum of 3 years’ teaching or working experience. Prior experience in higher education, curriculum planning, and MQA compliance is an added advantage.
