Vision Diagnostic is seeking a lecturer in Business Administration to join our academic team. A Master’s degree or PhD (DBA welcomed) and at least 1 year of teaching in a tertiary institution are required.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, student-centred teaching and learning activities.
Experience in curriculum development, assessment, and/or academic administration will be an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant industry experience and/or research experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and other teaching and learning activities for Business Administration subjects as assigned.
Plan, develop, and implement high-quality and engaging teaching and learning activities in accordance with programme curricula and institutional requirements.
Prepare, review, and continuously enhance course materials, lesson plans, teaching resources, and other academic content.
Monitor students’ academic progress, engagement, achievement, and attendance, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
Develop, administer, invigilate, and evaluate examinations, assignments, projects, and other forms of assessment.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students to enhance their learning experience and overall academic development.
Contribute to curriculum development, review, mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate actively in departmental, academic, and institutional activities and events.
Engage in research, scholarly activities, conferences, publications, and other academic initiatives, where applicable.
Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive, professional, and student-focused academic environment.
Undertake other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
