Job summary

SEGi College Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced lecturer to deliver engaging, evidence-based lectures in line with our course curricula and healthcare standards.

You will supervise clinical placements, assess student competency, mentor learners, and contribute to curriculum development, assessment design, and blended learning initiatives. The role requires strong communication and leadership, with the ability to work across diverse clinical and academic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare (Nursing, Allied Health, or related field).
• Valid professional license/registration (nursing, allied health, etc.).
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or clinical instruction experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, patient safety, and healthcare standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse clinical and academic settings.
• Desirable: Master's degree in Healthcare, Education, or related field.
• Teaching certification or clinical instructor training.
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
• Knowledge of latest healthcare practices and technologies.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and blended learning.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
