Responsibilities

• Manage lease documentation and ensure compliance.
• Generate leads and negotiate leasing deals from initiation to execution.
• Assist with retail operations and recommend strategies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with tenants and ensure adherence to mall rules and regulations.
• Monitor tenancy renewals and follow up on payments.
• Support planning and implementation of the mall’s tenancy mix.
• Research and report on competitive leasing trends.
• Address and communicate issues to management, proposing corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve departmental goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
