Job summary

LIFECORE MEDICAL SDN BHD is seeking a Learning & Development Manager (Haemodialysis) to plan and organise training programmes across haemodialysis centres in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify staff training needs, work with the Clinical Team to raise knowledge and skills, and ensure training records are maintained.

• Experience in training, staff development, or healthcare management.
• Experience in healthcare or haemodialysis setting is an advantage.
