Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Learning Content Developer to assist in creating and updating learning materials, including slides, workbooks, and digital content. You will support the development of e-learning modules and collaborate with SMEs to gather content requirements and feedback.

You will help with multimedia content creation, proofreading, and quality assurance for modules before deployment, contributing to engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Assist in developing and updating learning materials, including presentation slides, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, and digital learning content.
• Support the design and development of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to gather information required for content development.
• Assist with multimedia content creation, including simple graphics, videos, animations, or interactive learning materials.
• Support user testing and quality assurance for e-learning modules before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update learning materials and assessments for courses.
• Support e-learning module design and digital content creation.
• Coordinate document management, version control, and content tracking.
• Assist with learning material proofreading and brand-alignment reviews.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content requirements and feedback.
• Help with testing, feedback collection, and continuous improvement reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to boost learner engagement.
