Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia is hiring a Learning Designer to create end-to-end training programs using instructional design and adult learning principles.

You will lead blended learning initiatives, develop digital content and facilitator materials, and build assessments, while partnering with business leaders to pinpoint capability gaps.

This role is based in Subang Jaya, offering opportunities to shape workforce capability and support growth across the café network.
