Job summary

GreatKnowledge is seeking to design, develop and deliver engaging eLearning and multimedia content from requirements gathering to LMS deployment. The role covers end-to-end content development, LMS administration and deployment support for agency training and just-in-time learning.

Responsibilities include creating digital learning assets, packaging SCORMs, testing, and assisting with system migrations, plus producing multimedia content for effective learning experiences across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end eLearning content.
• Ability to map requirements to engaging learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eContent development from storyboard to LMS publish.
• Administer LMS/LCMS including user management, tracking and reporting.
• Support deployment of courses, perform UAT and assist learners and trainers.
• Create multimedia assets (videos, graphics) for learning modules.
