Job summary

Deloitte in Southeast Asia is expanding its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction practice in Southeast Asia. You will advise clients on how to optimize compliance programs, standardize processes and transform compliance to protect value across the business, while building visibility, efficiency and confidence for the future.

You will work alongside clients to bring rigorous, evidence‑based analytics to solve complex issues, delivering pragmatic recommendations and value.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training sessions and project coaching.
• Lean Six Sigma Black belt (>2 years) or Green Belt (1–2 years) certification.
• Experience in project and process discovery, future state design.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Interpersonal and analytical skills; able to work in cross‑functional, multicultural environments.
• Attention to detail; able to manage multiple initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Promote Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data‑led decision making for clients.
• Lead training and project coaching for Black/Green Belts and project teams.
• Lead Process Discovery and Data Discovery initiatives with root cause analysis.
• Organise and promote Process Engineering community events and standards of communication.
• Explore innovative methods through How we Lead, Automation and AI.
• Foster a highly engaged team delivering high‑quality outputs.
