The role focuses on education and development of staff, embedding Lean culture, and driving cost-reduction through process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma deployments and change initiatives.
• Strong financial analysis and statistics knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and written/verbal communication.
• Proven track record of personal skill improvement.
• Ability to present to groups and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Align Lean Six Sigma vision with site leadership and strategy.
• Build Lean Production System and cultural transformation.
• Develop systems for people development, motivation, and involvement.
• Encourage cross-training, goal setting, and suggestion systems.
• Lead by example and model corporate values.
• Maintain current knowledge of Lean approaches and certifications.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to integrate Lean programs into processes.
• Provide site updates to management and support site projects.
