Baxter Healthcare Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Lead to drive high-impact improvement initiatives across the organization, embedding GPS principles and Kaizen methods to simplify value streams and deliver measurable results.

You will train and coach leaders and teams, align stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while delivering sustained financial and operational benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, supply chain, or related field.
• Proven track record leading Kaizen events and end-to-end value-stream simplification with measurable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping, and change management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects and Kaizen events across units from problem definition through rapid implementation.
• Map, simplify, and improve end-to-end value streams across multiple functions.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, variation, waste, and growth opportunities.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions with leaders and teams.
