Job summary

Lam Research in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and streamline manufacturing processes. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or production management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor production schedules and identify bottlenecks to meet targets.
Provide risk assessments and prioritization of PM Completion Ship risks for tools in WIP.
Provide missed notification with root cause and recommit dates of completion.
PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit.
Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
