Job summary

K3 Capital Group is seeking a Principal Web Developer to own the architecture, security and technical standards of the Kuala Lumpur web platform. The role drives the migration from WordPress to a headless CMS (Contentful) and integrates with Salesforce and the group data platform.

The role leads developers and technical SEO managers, defines integration patterns, and governs API/MCP design while balancing Marketing roadmap inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience owning CMS platform architecture and security posture.
• Proven track record delivering headless CMS migrations.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary web team.

Responsibilities

• Sets technical architecture and standards for the web platform, including CMS, integration, and API/MCP design.
• Owns security policy and practice for the web estate: access control and vulnerability management.
• Line-manages Full Stack Web Developers and Front-End Web Developer, plus Technical SEO Managers.
• Approves Contentful content model, environments, and environment alias strategy before builds begin.
• Provides architecture input to backlog and requirements to ensure technical constraints are captured.
