Job summary

K3 Advisory Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer for a permanent hybrid role. You will build the new web platform across front-end and back-end, reporting to the Principal Web Developer.

You’ll work with UX, Technical SEO Managers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver the platform, migrations, and integrations while mentoring peers during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with front-end and back-end delivery.
• Proficient with Contentful CMS and API integrations including Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Full‑stack development on Contentful: landing pages, components, content‑model templates, APIs.
• Deliver new website features, landing pages, microsites and conversion journeys.
• Contentful platform work: content modeling, migrations, webhook configuration.
• MarTech & integration: form integrations, lead routing, Salesforce and data platform connections.
• Website performance, SEO enablement, and CRO support.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join K3 Advisory Group on a permanent basis, as part of the team building our new web platform. This role is aligned to our Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid workstyle.

K3's web estate — our principal group site, brand sites, and marketing microsites — is moving from WordPress to a headless CMS (Contentful) and integrating into Salesforce and our group data platform.

You’ll join at the point this platform is being built, working across both front-end and back-end layers, and reporting into our Principal Web Developer, who sets the technical standards and architecture you’ll be building to.

This is a role built for continuity: you’ll be the person who carries the platform’s institutional knowledge forward well beyond the initial build, working closely with our Front‑End Web Developer, UX Designer, and Technical SEO Managers to deliver an agreed set of builds, integrations and roadmap items over the long term.

This role suits an experienced, self‑sufficient developer comfortable picking up a new CMS platform fast, working to standards set by someone else and staying close enough to the detail to mentor others through peak delivery periods.

• Front End - HTML5, JS, CSS3, React, Next.js.
• Back End - PHP, Node, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, Salesforce and data‑platform integration touchpoints; AWS, Azure, CDN.
• Content Platform - Contentful — Content Management API, GraphQL Content API, webhooks, environments.

COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES

• Delivery of the agreed platform build scope on time and to specification.
• Continuity of technical delivery across the platform's lifecycle.
• Domain authority, page ranking, site health & CVR across owned deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Management

• Development release schedule & QA delivery, working to standards set by the Principal Web Developer.
• Mentors and reviews work from contract‑hire developers brought in during peak migration periods.

Functional Responsibilities

• Full‑stack codebase development on Contentful: landing pages, components, content-model-driven templates, front‑end/back‑end and API integrations.
• Delivery of new website features, landing pages, microsites and conversion journeys set by Technical SEO, Performance, CRO and UX.
• Contentful platform work: content model implementation, Content Management API scripting for migrations, webhook configuration for downstream sync.
• MarTech & integration: form integrations, lead routing, API connections to Salesforce and the data platform, data validation, event tracking — built to the integration standards set by the Principal Web Developer.
• Website performance: page speed, asset loading, JS efficiency, mobile performance, caching, CDN optimisation.
• Technical SEO enablement: structured data via the Contentful content model, canonicals, redirects, internal linking, sitemaps, robots.txt.
• Tracking: tracking scripts, conversion events, pixel deployment, server‑side tracking, consent management, coordinated with our suppression/preference centre build.
• Executes secure coding practice and access controls to standards set and reviewed by the Principal Web Developer.
• Backend & infrastructure: server‑side logic, database management, API development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and CDN configuration.
