Job summary

K3 in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Principal Web Developer to own the architecture, security and technical standards of the web platform as we move from WordPress to a headless CMS (Contentful) with Salesforce and data platform integration.

You will lead developers and technical SEO managers, define integration patterns, and establish API/MCP standards while ensuring governance and security across all brand sites.

Qualifications

• Owns CMS architecture and security posture for the web estate.
• Experience with headless CMS migrations (Contentful).
• Defines integration and API/MCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Set technical architecture and standards for the web platform — CMS, integration, API/MCP design.
• Line-manage Full Stack Web Developers, Front-End Web Developer, and Technical SEO Managers.
• Approve Contentful content model, environment and strategy before builds.
• Owns security policy and practice for the web estate: access control, vulnerability management, patch governance.
• Provides architecture input to backlog and requirements documentation.
