Job summary

SPX Express in Betong, Sarawak is seeking a logistics supervisor to coordinate daily activities for drivers and sorters, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations. You will monitor KPI compliance, uphold safety policies, and assist the fleet lead with deployment and training of new drivers, while managing a rotational shift schedule and 45-hour work week.

Legal right to work in Sarawak is required, with 1–2 years in logistics preferred, and Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency essential

Qualifications

Legally allowed to work in Sarawak.
Candidates based in Sarawak encouraged to apply.
At least SPM / O Level / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree equivalent.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Preferably 1–2 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
Shift-based with shifts available 6 days a week, depending on team arrangement.
Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis.
Working location: Betong, Sarawak.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcounts.
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service.
Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
Monitor and report KPI compliance.
Ensure the compliance of safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.
