Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a logistics supervisor in Kanowit, Sarawak. You will delegate tasks to sorters and drivers, receive parcels from the linehaul team, and coordinate daily driver activities to ensure timely deliveries.

You will monitor driver behavior, train new drivers, and report KPI compliance while upholding safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection. A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred, with rotating shift work and basic Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
