• Exposure to after-sales / service centre mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Observe and diagnose/troubleshoot vehicles and coordinate with Managers.
• Organize job distribution based on technician skills and availability.
• Ensure quality, speed, and efficiency of service and repair work.
• Maintain shop floor safety, 5S housekeeping and discipline.
• Collaborate with consultants/contractors on service/repair matters.
• Monitor labor efficiency and technician productivity targets.
