Job summary

This role combines technical leadership with strategic direction, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Business Units. Based in Penang, you will mentor engineers and share best practices globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong technical knowledge in test engineering, systems, and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Test Engineering team with clear performance goals.
• Define and implement Test Engineering strategies aligned with campus and corporate goals.
• Monitor costs and drive continuous improvement in operational metrics.
