ELSA is seeking a Senior Pipeline Engineer to lead subsea field development activities in Malaysia. You will review and approve contractor designs, coordinate with EPCIC teams, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of pipeline installations and pre-commissioning activities.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in pipeline and subsea engineering, including fabrication and offshore installation, and a strong background in design methods, flow assurance, and T&I processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, civil engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years' experience in pipeline and subsea field engineering, including fabrication and installation activities.
• Experience in design techniques, flow assurance, GIS/mapping, pipeline mechanical design, subsea pipeline transport and installation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior level Pipeline Engineering inputs, review, comment and approval including monitoring contractors' design, material sourcing and installation engineering.
• Contribute to pre-FEED/FEED and occasional Field Development Studies; review T&I design, drawings, calculations and reports.
• Oversee methodologies, participate in HAZID/HAZOP and technical integrity reviews; review T&I procedures and plans.
• Review and approve deliverables from Contractors including execution plans, quality plans, pipeline designs, reports and schedules.
