Confidential is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar PV projects in Malaysia. You will oversee planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 8–10 years in related fields, with 3–5 years in solar/renewable projects, and PE registration. Strong leadership and risk management skills are essential for on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in engineering, construction or infrastructure project management.
• At least 3–5 years managing solar PV or renewable energy projects.
• Experience with utility-scale solar PV, LSS, hybrid solar or large-scale EPCC projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of utility-scale solar PV projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee engineering design coordination, technical reviews and construction activities.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and cost performance; administer EPCC contracts and EOT applications.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders for permits and grid connection.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor KPIs; manage handover to O&M.
