Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a skilled Project Engineer/Manager to drive end-to-end solar project execution, from engineering design through construction, testing and commissioning. You will lead the project team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure delivery aligns with specifications, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum of solar project execution as a project engineer.
• 6 solar project life cycle experience in a leader role.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from engineering design to construction and testing & commissioning.
• Prepare all project-related documentation including client contracts, progress reports and government agency approvals.
• Liaise with suppliers for product procurement and delivery; manage site preparation and construction activities.
• Produce construction schedules, conduct site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, and supervise contractor installations.
• Provide technical guidance to project engineers on-site issues and ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
