Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Site Manager to lead daily construction activities at Solaris Mont’ Kiara. You will drive project execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field, 5–10 years of site management experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Willing to be based on project sites and travel as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and authorities on project matters.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues and construction-related problems promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation, site records, inspection reports, and project correspondence.
