Brooks Automation is seeking a Production Supervisor II to lead a production team in a high-tech environment in Pasir Gudang. You will oversee equipment, production schedules, quality control and safety standards to meet output and efficiency targets.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, Lean manufacturing knowledge, and hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment, ERP systems, and data reporting. Rotating shifts and a collaborative, safety-minded culture are expected.

Formación

• 7+ years in a similar supervisory role in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including cleanroom protocols and quality control measures.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment, automated production systems, and calibration.
• Knowledge of SPC and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office for reporting and data analysis.
• Able to work in rotating shifts (3 shifts) and Pasir Gudang location.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise production team, ensuring output, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to align materials with production schedules.
• Maintain production records and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and optimize production schedules.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in the production area.
• Coach and mentor operators, fostering a high-performance culture.
