Job summary

Wynntech Star Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily seafood production operations, ensure targets are met, and maintain quality and safety according to SOPs. You will supervise tiger prawn processing, packing and labeling, allocate manpower, and report on productivity and wastage.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Warehouse, QA/QC and other departments, enforcing HACCP and GMP standards, monitoring equipment safety, and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Preferably 3–5 years of production experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Seafood processing or food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of production planning, manpower management, HACCP, GMP, and food safety.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel/ Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise production, ensure targets and schedules meet customer orders.
• Manage manpower allocation, monitor productivity, material usage and wastage.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, QA/QC and other departments.
• Ensure product quality meets company and customer requirements.
• Enforce HACCP, GMP, SSOP and food safety standards.
• Monitor and report daily production output and material usage.
• Ensure machinery safety, PPE compliance and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Enforce SOPs and identify productivity improvements; support audits.
