Job summary

MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd, a leading waste management solutions provider based in Penang, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production and quality control.

You will lead by example, monitor operations, review daily production reports, attendance, and transfer notes, and coordinate improvements with management and operators. The role requires at least SPM, 2 years' related experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams to meet the schedule.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM level.
• 2 years working experience in related field.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule.
• Intimate operating knowledge of all available processing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions.
• Lead by example: Set expectations for workers and monitor delegated activities.
• Review and approve the daily documents like Daily production report, Workers Attendance & Leave Repairing report.
• Study on any existing products for further improvement, identify, document, and report unsafe practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and operators.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superiors.
