Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced F&B Project Manager to oversee restaurant construction, renovations and openings from concept through handover.

You will coordinate architects, designers, contractors, suppliers and authorities to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget and brand standards. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of F&B construction or restaurant openings experience.
• Experience with restaurant groups, franchises or multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant openings, renovations and improvements from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate architects, designers, kitchen, mechanical and electrical, plumbing, fire-safety and building teams.
• Review drawings and material selections; adjust as needed.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates and cash flow.
