Ditrolic Energy, a renewable energy infrastructure company headquartered in Malaysia, seeks a Project Development Coordinator to support pre-development activities for solar, wind, and storage projects. You will coordinate land due diligence, site surveys, and regulatory submissions, while liaising with landowners, authorities, and consultants.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Legal, Regulatory, and PMO teams, and requires frequent travel for site engagements

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, land development, environmental science, project management or related.
• 2–5 years in project development, site development, renewable energy, infrastructure or utility projects.
• Experience with land matters, permitting, ROW, planning submissions, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
• Familiarity with solar PV, power infrastructure, transmission lines, or large-scale development projects preferred.
• Strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-development activities for the project.
• Coordinate site identification, preliminary site assessment, land suitability review, and development feasibility.
• Support land due diligence, including land title searches, ownership verification, boundary checks, and encumbrance reviews.
• Coordinate with landowners, land agents, surveyors, consultants, and stakeholders on land access and development matters.
• Assist securing land access rights, easements, ROW for transmission lines, and interconnection facilities.
• Coordinate site surveys, geotechnical investigations, and environmental studies with consultants.
• Prepare, submit, and follow-up planning and development approvals with local authorities.
• Liaise with government agencies, local councils, land offices, and utility providers to facilitate approvals.
• Monitor deliverables from planners, surveyors, environmental consultants, and other service providers.
• Maintain records of land documents, permits, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with PMO, Engineering, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Support readiness assessments and stage-gate reviews toward Financial Close and construction.
