Job summary

The Security Centre Limited in Penang seeks a Project Manager – Electronic Security Solutions to lead end-to-end delivery of CCTV, access control, monitoring systems and other integrated security platforms.

Reporting to the Director, you will coordinate internal teams, vendors and service providers, maintain schedules, risk registers and documentation, and ensure high availability in regulated, critical environments.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project management, technical operations, or systems delivery.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
• Experience with security, telecommunications, infrastructure, or integrated platforms.
• Comfortable operating in regulated, high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, subcontractors to meet scope, timelines and quality.
• Ensure project documentation and handover materials are accurate and complete.
• Oversee day-to-day coordination of project work, service activities, and maintenance.
• Manage technician scheduling and workload across projects and recurring services.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with minimal disruption.
• Support continuity during leave, peak workloads, or incidents.
• Provide documentation and contingency planning for high-risk environments.
• Collaborate with senior personnel to strengthen client relationships.
• Cross-functional coordination with customer service, finance, operations.
• Improve inventory visibility and procurement alignment with project schedules.
