Job summary

Precast Concrete (Pontian) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Pontian production line and oversee operations on a daily basis. You will coordinate mould-related activities and manage subcontractor work to meet the day’s production and quality targets.

You will ensure correct raw material usage, conduct mould inspections, maintain documentation, and enforce SOPs. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in precast concrete production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory or team leader experience is required.
• Familiar with quality control systems, SOPs and production documentation.
• Knowledge of precast concrete production processes, mould inspection and pre-pour inspection is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a factory/plant environment in Pontian, Johor.
• Willing to relocate or currently based in Johor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operatives within the assigned production line, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Coordinate with Sub-Contractors to achieve production and quality standards.
• Supervise daily production to meet schedules and maintain material usage according to plan.
• Prepare and conduct mould and pre-pour inspections, with relevant reports.
• Maintain production documentation and adhere to SOPs and quality manuals.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements; ensure proper training of workers.
