Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily targets.
• Enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to processes and equipment maintenance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Prepare production reports including skill matrices, performance metrics, inventory, and equipment status.
• Document production activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
