Wiwynn Corporation in Malaysia is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to supervise fixture setup, maintenance, and analysis for functional tests in mass production. You will diagnose issues, optimize test yield, and support production testing improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS/EE/Electronics) and at least 3 years in electronics, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS/EE/Electronics) or related field.
• At least 3 years in electronics industry, PCBA experience a plus.
• Extensive experience diagnosing, debugging, and troubleshooting test fixtures.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication to client teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn continuously.
• Proficient with computer operation and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Setup, maintenance, and analysis of fixtures for Functional tests; resolve production testing issues.
• Conduct compatibility tests; ensure conformity with auto or semi-auto production.
• Receive and transfer new products; handle RD docs and data for functional tests.
• Optimize production tech; review and introduce ECR/ECO/ECN.
• Support and assist with vendor technology.
• Lead and train technicians.
• Monitor function test status; improve test yield.
• Analyze fixture issues in functional testing.
