Entegris is seeking ahighly motivated individual for a Lead, Product Management role for our FOUP SBU.Our 300mm FOUPs are used in the most advanced semiconductor processes and are criticalto the manufacturing of the most advanced and leading-edge logic and memory devices.
Apply broad industry expertise and evaluate the market and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product and service opportunities to expand product offering.
Drive product revenue and profitability by assessing and understanding customer needs, developing business cases, providing customer perspective to internal development and operations teams, developing and aligning product roadmaps, and executing new product launches.
Provide end-to-end leadership of new and existing products from inception through all phases of the products’ lifecycle. Create business cases for sound decision making.
Play a critical role in building and contributing to New Product Development and New Product Introduction strategies and execution, bringing teams through stage-gate processes following Product Management Committee Governance.
Engage and drive a diverse team of people including highly technical scientists and engineers, sales, quality, and operations personnel.
Utilize pricing models and projections to monitor and understand the internal manufacturing environment; make decisions that ensure competitive pricing, protect market position, and support gross margin goals.
Analyze purchasing trends, forecast customer needs, and provide input to establish planned inventory levels across various locations.
Collaborate with other Business Unit functions to deliver the product portfolio revenue and margin targets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a technical discipline such as chemistry, biology, material sciences or engineering.
A minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive product management experience driving NPI teams with experience in activities that influence and impact P&L.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; the ability to communicate clearly and influence and lead others
High level of financial acumen and a deep understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing processes, tools, and market, to include strong knowledge on existing business trends, competitive landscape, market size, target customers and their challenges and needs.
A self‑starter who is curious, agile, creativeand able to work and communicate across geographic boundaries and multiple cultural environments.
The ability to manage conflict constructively and align cross functional team members to make and act on decisions that enhance portfolio and business value creation.
Experience managing the entire product life cycle, from new product creation, go to market and launch strategies, and sustaining investments.
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, 300mm wafer fabrication & handling at leading edge IDMs/Foundries, or 300mm fab automation (AMHS) & equipment (OEMs) is preferred.
Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time
Ideal candidate would have experience working with customers in Taiwan. Ability or willingness to potentially relocate to Taiwan would be a strong positive but not a requirement
