Job summary

Airfoil Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Section Manager - Product Engineering in Kota Damansara, Selangor. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will lead the product engineering section, drive technical excellence and ensure successful project delivery.

You will oversee planning, design and development of engineering products, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in product engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/management role leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in product design, development and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of product engineers with guidance and development opportunities.
• Oversee planning, design and development of engineering products ensuring quality and timelines.
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Manage resources, budgets and schedules for efficient project execution and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality assurance and client stakeholders.
