Job summary

MayAir Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Engineer to lead the Technical Engineering team and coordinate with Sales and our China counterparts on PLM, SAP matters, product certification, and improvements to meet evolving market requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering experience in product development, certification, and cross-functional projects, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to international collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Engineering or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin for communication with China counterparts.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Technical Engineering team.
Manage engineering projects from planning to implementation.
Oversee laboratory activities and product testing.
Manage product certification applications, including documentation and coordination with certification bodies.
Liaise with Sales for product specifications and technical enquiries.
Collaborate with the China team to resolve PLM and SAP issues and improve processes.
Drive product development and modifications based on market trends and customer needs.
