Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years product design development experience with strong design principles.
• Experience in interconnects design is desirable; leadership skills for senior roles.
• Proficient in mechanical design, solid mechanics, CAD/CAE tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of new products and improvements for connector solutions.
• Design and develop quality products ensuring manufacturability across functions.
• Translate customer requirements into drawings and specifications.
• Perform design analysis, tolerance analysis, and DFMEA.
• Ensure designs are validated to customer requirements and standards.
• Take project leadership and reconcile DFM with process design.
