Agilent Technologies LDA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer to lead advanced engineering initiatives that optimize manufacturing performance, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership across production lines. The candidate will drive yield improvement, participate in VE programs, and provide technical leadership for complex equipment installation, maintenance, and validation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-tech or precision industries.
• Proven track record in leading VE programs with cost savings.

Responsabilidades

• Drive yield improvement and line efficiency using data-driven analysis and Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Lead VE programs focusing on cost reduction and manufacturability improvements.
• Provide technical leadership for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Conduct structured experiments and document outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations for NPI and scalable processes.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and automation to boost throughput and reduce manual work.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives including AIM, Lean CI, and Digital Transformation.
• Ensure ISO 9001, safety, and regulatory compliance through audits.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation and accountability.
