Agilent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer in Penang to lead advanced manufacturing projects, optimize performance, and drive cost efficiency.

Expect cross-functional leadership across production lines and a focus on product quality and process reliability. You will apply Six Sigma/Lean methods, perform structured experiments, and guide VE initiatives while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-tech or precision industries.
• Proven track record in leading Value Engineering (VE) programs with measurable cost savings.
• Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, process validation, and product repair.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute advanced engineering initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Drive yield improvement, quality, and line efficiency using data-driven analysis and Lean methods.
• Provide technical leadership in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex equipment.
• Conduct validation tests and document outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations to enable NPI and scalable processes.
