Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-tech or precision industries.
• Proven track record in leading Value Engineering (VE) programs with measurable cost savings.
• Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, process validation, and product repair.
