Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in manufacturing engineering in high-tech or precision industries.
• Proven VE programs with cost savings and product improvements.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis skills.
• Hands-on equipment troubleshooting, validation, and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluent English for technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead yield improvement and line efficiency via data-driven analysis.
• Participate in Value Engineering to cut costs and improve manufacturability.
• Provide technical leadership for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and automation to boost throughput.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations for NPI and scale-up.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure ISO 9001, safety, and regulatory compliance through audits.
