Job summary

Sime Motors seeks a Senior Enterprise Process Automation Leader to define and govern architecture, strategy, and roadmaps for scalable automation across markets. You will drive governance, standards, and multi-year plans while partnering with business leaders to realise measurable efficiencies.

Based in Ara Damansara, the role requires strong stakeholder management, senior-level influence, and hands-on guidance on Kube Workflow and related platforms to deliver end-to-end optimisation of O2O/O2C

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading enterprise-scale process improvement and automation initiatives across multiple business units or markets.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into executable automation roadmaps delivering operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Proven authority in stakeholder management at senior levels, aligning business objectives with automation investments.
• Experience across Opportunity-to-Order and Order-to-Cash value chains; ability to redesign end-to-end processes for scale and standardisation.
• Willing to be based in Ara Damansara, Selangor and able to work in a cross-cultural, multi-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the Process Automation Architecture, platform standards, integration patterns, design principles, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and own the Process Automation Strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Establish architecture, design, and development standards for workflows, orchestrations, integrations, and reusable components.
• Govern platform usage, security, performance, and compliance with enterprise data standards.
