Bybit is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Expert to lead risk-based audits across the financial services and cryptocurrency space. You will guide audit engagements, ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and provide assurance to senior management and the Board.

Responsibilities include designing risk-based audit plans, evaluating governance and controls, drafting reports, and driving remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute risk-based internal audit plans across governance, risk and controls.
• Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements in line with IIA standards.
• Draft high-quality audit reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Monitor remediation of audit issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Leverage SQL and data analytics to enhance audit testing and risk assessment.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and blockchain.
