Job summary

Bybit seeks a Financial Expert to lead international finance compliance and act as the main contact for high-level financial discussions with the Head of Finance. You will collaborate with global controllers to navigate regulatory landscapes, transfer pricing, and emerging tax frameworks.

You will drive JV finance operations, model cost structures, and coordinate with country controllers to standardize TP documentation while aligning with global tax strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior finance roles, ideally within cryptocurrency exchange or highly regulated environment.
• Understanding of international tax (Transfer Pricing, Pillar 2) and European reporting standards (DAC8).
• Project management experience in structuring Joint Ventures or large-scale project finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead JV Finance Operations and ensure alignment with group standards and local regulations.
• Design, model, and implement cost structures and equity frameworks for JVs; optimize profitability and tax efficiency.
• Serve as primary financial interface for external partners and internal leadership; provide data-driven insights for negotiations.
• Maintain end-to-end oversight of finance-related projects across the company, focusing on regulated sites and compliance.
• Collaborate with Country Financial Controllers to standardize Transfer Pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
