Job summary

Advancecon Group is seeking a Planning Engineer based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, to monitor project performance, analyse site progress, and support strategic decision-making across multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.

The role offers exposure to project planning, cost awareness, site operations, and tender management, working closely with senior management and project teams to drive efficiency and deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in project planning, controls, or site operations.
Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management across multiple sites.
Willing to be based in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly project performance reviews, analyse productivity and bottlenecks.
Identify root causes and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Monitor progress and track KPIs across multiple sites.
Prepare planning-related documents for project reporting and management reviews.
Assist in tender-related planning documentation and submissions.
